Dedicated to the memory of Andrew Winning
This site is a tribute to Andrew who passed away on 3rd of August 2020 at St Christopher's Hospice at the young age of 49 following a devastating brain cancer diagnosis. Andrew was a WONDERFUL father, husband, son, brother and friend-- a talented journalist and photographer who travelled the world documenting news and sports events, mostly for Reuters Pictures. He was enjoying a new role as Getty Images' EMEA News editor when he was diagnosed-- he recovered incredibly well after surgery and managed to go back to work, which he truly enjoyed. Andrew was first born son to Tony and Fay, husband to Laura, father to Lu, Santi and Liam, brother to Nick, Pete and Chris and sisters and bros in "love" Emma, Naoimh, Flavia, Chus, Victor and Sergio and adored his nephews and nieces...He is much loved and will always be remembered. We miss him every day.
